  • Strong social connections: It is essential to have  strong social connections with family and friends  for happiness.

  • Meaningful work: Person who have a job which he found meaningful and fulfilling for himself can contribute to happiness.

  • Financial security: For the fulfillment of our basic needs and some of our wants, having enough money can help us to feel more secure and happy.

  • Good health: Being physically and mentally healthy is essential for happiness.

So by asking, we can get to know about the worst possible scenario which we are actually making about ourselves and in real it doesn't exist.

There are a number of reasons on the basis of which we can say healthy relationships are important for our happiness. 

Relationships provide us with support, love, and acceptance. So that when we have strong healthy relationships with others, we experience sense of being valued and cared for.

Our relationships give us a sense of belongingness and purpose. When we have strong relationships, we feel like we matter to them and that we have a special place in the world. 

Our relationships help us to cope with stress and adversity, enhance our capability to confront challenges when we have individuals to rely on for support.
